Cork is self-healing, but after years of heavy use some marks remain. Velvet hides pin holes almost completely thanks to its fabric pile.
Can velvet boards hold heavy charts?+
Both hold standard charts and A4 notices with push pins. For heavy laminated charts we recommend longer T-pins, which work on both surfaces.
Which notice board lasts longer?+
Velvet generally looks newer for longer because the fabric hides wear. Cork is tougher against rough handling. Both carry our standard warranty.
